It didn't make my expectations. I did a reservation and later I called for an upgrade for a specific room and the lady charged me and told me that she was going to look at it and make the call to the hotel. In the end I did not have a paper of the evidence, I only had the charge on my card, but it doesn't say for what. I had to keep what I had. I trusted in the agency, but I learned a lesson and I need to have a quote and proof before paying and I WON’T RESERVE AGAIN WITH Alpha Travel. It's a stressful situation, and I'm very frustrated.
