Extremely extremely rude. The guy seems to dislike his job a lot. From the very start his tone was aggressive and made unnecessary comments. Definitely don’t recommend at all. And I don’t have to disclose my name with you. You even CALLED BACK. So for you to sit there and go based of a caller I.d name and google name matching is just weirdly unprofessional ? But you or whoever is working the phone called back anyhow.

I have entrusted Alma travel with all of my travel destinations. Duraid (sorry for the misspelling) is very knowledgeable. He assists me with making more sound decisions on where I want to vacation depending on season, environment, and most cost effective that will work within my budget and still be enjoyed by family. Because of his knowledge , I have been able to manage my vacation time efficiently and avoid unnecessary hassles usually associated with vacation. I have recommended him to friends and family and they voiced the same opinion.
