I have always had terrific service with Allegiant.The employees are friendly and professional and every flight has been great and on time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Allegiant's service at Newark Airport. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They charged me $75 for a bag that fully complied with the dimensions for a carry-on personal item. When I tried to address the issue with customer care, I was met with no resolution. I waited on hold for 40 minutes, only to receive generic, predefined messages that didn't help at all. The lack of accountability and poor customer service left me completely frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected much better from an airline. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ever flying with Allegiant again.

For arrivals and departures just make sure you pay attention to the billboard and signage so you don't get trapped off in the wrong lane but no worries you can loop around and come back if you miss

No response from the customer service department at Allegiant Airlines. The gate agents also violated my personal rights by asking me to open my carry-on to see my medical device. They saw it, and one agent thought it was too small. Thus, they charged me $75 for the carry-on carrying my medical device. Federal laws provide free carry-on luggage for those traveling with a medical device under the aviation handicap laws. I was traveling with a medical device. Aviation Law protects those who travel with medical devices as well as your privacy pertaining to these items. I informed Allegiant about the device. The gate agents were rude, unprofessional, and unsympathetic about my medical situation. They charged me $75 after they demanded to see the device and said it was too small. I have never been treated so poorly by an airline. After years of being a loyal customer, l think this will be my last on Allegiant. Very disappointed in Allegiant.

Great flights at fair prices. The only thing that irks me is often the floor of my seat on the plane is dirty, and that's where my travel bag goes. A quick vacuum between flights to remedy this perhaps?
