Took exactly one hour since I arrived at hobby for any of the attendants to show up at the check in desk. I'm still in line and have nothing better to do than write a review, will probably take another hour to get through this line. This is the second time Allegiant has done this to me, the first time I missed my flight entirely.

I loved the small airport experience. It seemed to be maybe 2 or 3 gates. Maybe they own these small airports? You are not surrounded by 1000s of people. The prices are very good. I think they are all non stop but only to a small number of cities. I have used their service multiple times. No trouble yet!

This airline canceled my flight home and did not have another until May 24th. This happened on January 15th! Luckily, I was able to stay with my daughter until I could find a flight home, 2 days and $500 later! They made no effort to help me get home, and the guy at the gate walked off and would not answer any questions . The ticket counter said to call Customer Care but offered no phone number! It took forever to find a number. The computer would not give me a person until I kept pushing 1 for a new reservation. I sat on hold for 45 minutes for them to tell me there was nothing they could do until May 24th, 4 MONTHS LATER! SHAMEFUL DISPLAY OF "CUSTOMER CARE"!!!!

I don't know why people have such poor reviews, allegiant is the only airline I'll fly and I'm flying almost weekly with them, I had a issue where i was about to board and had to leave, my luggage was already on the plane and the ground crew stayed in constant contact with me and made sure I got my luggage, these guys are great. I've only been delayed once, and that was because a Karen decided to try and sneak luggage on board without paying.

This is not a reliable airline. Tickets are cheap, but you are pretty much taking a chance; they may simply cancel your flight, or worse cancel your return flight and leave you stranded somewhere and will simply give your $100 back. This literally happened to our visitors when their return flight got cancelled and they had to book with a more reliable but more expensive major airline to another airport and had the added expense of car rental too. Do not rely on this company, pay more in advance and buy yourself some peace of mind.
