This was the first time that I had ever flown. This is a smaller airport. It was easy to navigate. The flight it's self was on time for taking off and landing. I also liked that it was a non-stop flight.

ATW gate staff are ill-trained, lazy and act inappropriate when caught acting unprofessional. When formal complaints are filed, corporate does not answer questions, or correct problems. BEWARE!

We booked our flight from appleton to vegas. On our flight to vegas we paid for extra leg room and we didnt even get the seats we paid for. Leaving vegas on the way back we finally got extra leg room that we should have had in the first place. A lady jumped up and opened the emergency exit right before take off. We couldnt get another flight so we all had to unboard the plane and wait 5 hours to board back on the same plane after the replaced the seals on the door. The allegiant lady talking on the loud speaker in the airport had no clue what she was doing or what she was talking about. No one reached out to us about this flight. They simply do not care obviously about their service. I will never fly allegiant again. Would have made it faster there and back with ten layovers instead of this direct flight. Absolutely garbage

Incompetent, unprofessional, ill-trained & unethical gate agents at ATW! Plus, no response after multiple requests to speak to gate agent's direct supervisor.
