Our son needed special assistance booking a flight to Florida when Agent Allyssa helped him one on one. She was very kind and patient. There were issues with the booking and the flight was cancelled. She assured us there would be a refund but after waiting over a week and half there was still no pending refund. We called and spoke with Gary in Customer Relations. He was so kind and helpful. He responded promptly and efficiently in determining the issues. He substantiated the refund and within 3 days it was posted. Although we have no experience flying with this airline, they proved to us to be a caring company with integrity. We would consider flying with them based on this experience.

For a low-cost airline, Allegiant is really good. I have never experienced significant delays or flight cancellations. If you live in or are traveling to the Michiana area, you can't beat the time saving non-stop flights if you can the flight dates and times work.

Fly into and out of south bend this past weekend , The staff at south bend airport are fantastic !! Taking care of veterans/ and active duty military gives this airline an A from me . They took great care of the 9 of us on the flight out Sunday . Tenisha I believe her name is she helped us with our bags and was very helpful an had an excellent attitude. Thank you again .

I've flown out of Midway and South Bend to Punta Gorda Florida. No problems. Staff was very pleasant. Price was decent.

Allegiant does a nice job getting you from pt A to pt B. Timely, friendly and efficient. Affordable, clean and reliable!
