Amazing airline 🤩 Flew on it from LAX-HND the plane was a 787. When I got on the plane the seat was fine. BUT the flight attendants were the best part they were extremely nice 5/5 Then the plane took off. Smooth takeoffs are the best part 😃 I got some food and unlike those 2 Russian airlines were the food tasted like barf the food was not to bad. The in flight entertainment was good 👍 When I went to the bathroom it was really clean 😄 By the time I came out of the bathroom the plane was about to land. Then 5 minutes later the plane landed. The landing was smooth. I forgot to take pictures of the landing :/ Overall would I fly on the airline again. YES!!

I had a positive experience flying with ANA through Singapore Airlines travel partner booking from Okinawa to Tokyo. The customer service in flight rivals Singapore Airlines, although I had to pack and unpack a 20k suitcase 3 times at the checkin counter to meet weight requirements. Still, an overall good experience. Flight attendants were friendly.

NRT-KUL. Crew was amazing, love that they put on apron when serving food. Their culture is just so respectful. Flight was good, I opted for Japanese cuisine and it was OK, a couple items tasted weird to me. Seat was kinda narrow and stiff but that's because I was too lazy to open up the mat that they provided. They gave us mask prior to landing because they needed to fumigate the entire cabin 👍

ANA is one of my favorite airlines to fly to Asia. They have great in-flight service and the planes are clean and in good condition. Fares can vary in pricing by route, but I have generally found better pricing on ANA through LAX. Traveled from LAX to Tokyo on my way to SE Asia. Check-in was easy and I was able to reserve an aisle seat in the back of the Dreamliner plane, which had a row with only 2 seats in it that gave me a bit more leg space. The in-flight experience is comparable to Japan Airlines, though I like the food on ANA better. The in-flight entertainment system is packed with plenty of movies to choose from to make the flight time go by quickly. Since I have to transit anyway to get to SE Asia, I like connecting in Tokyo since the flights are a little shorter and it gives me a couple hours to walk around, get a bite and shop duty-free before getting on my connecting flight. I would also recommend trying an open-jaw flight itinerary on ANA as I have been able to find good fares flying into one airport and flying out of a different one on my back to the US. This has allowed me to visit new destinations in Asia affordably.

Been flying with ANA for years. 150k miles plus. Sometimes the fares are lower if you book through Expedia but I have ANA on speed dial and they’re easy to get through. Seats are good, food not so much, but best sake and whisky options.
