Danny Lee went above and beyond to make sure that we made it on time to our flight and gave us perfect seats for our honeymoon trip. My wife was in tears when we found out how above and beyond he went to make sure that we were able to have an enjoyable flight. This is the best customer experience Iโve ever had on a flight. I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible ANA staff at IAD! ๐ From the moment I arrived, they were extremely helpful, professional, and patient when I needed assistance. Their courtesy and attention to detail are unmatchedโI just don't experience this level of care with airlines like Spirit or JetBlue. The cleanliness of the seats is also on a whole different levelโabsolutely spotless compared to others I've flown with. Even waiting for NH101 at Gate B41 was a pleasant experience, thanks to the conveniently located TK Lounge, which made the wait so much more comfortable. On top of that, Terminal B has a great selection of fast-food options, making it easy to grab a quick bite before boarding. Thank you SO MUCH, ANA, for setting the standard super sky high!!!! ๐ซโจ

I usually do not give a score of lower than 5 but this time I have to, I boarded a flight from Manila to Haneda flight 870 Aircraft 789, food was fine ๐ so everything was good but when they served with drinks, I asked the stewardess to give me CAN of soda which is Pepsi, she said no we cannot give a full can because we only have few Pepsi, we can only give you on this paper cup and I said whattt???? Just one can and you cannot give it to your customers alright then you will have a deserved review of mine. NEXT TIME, I WILL GO TO ๐บ๐ธ, I need to prioritize going JAL instead of ANA.... in JAL, ever since I booked my flight, I have never experienced such a inconvenience like this... I mean I am so thirsty at that time. Hope your management will look on this case by the way, I do not know the name of that stewardes, my flight was Sunday, December 4, 2022 Manila to HND @ 2:50 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday, December 4, 2022, I was sitting in 41G.

Customers often praise ANA's friendly and helpful cabin and ground staff, comfortable seating, and quality of food. I couldn't be more agree with the description above. First of all BIG shout out to all the cabin crew. The entire flight all of them were around the plane offering water, making sure we were comfortable and that's well appreciated ๐๐ One of the things that makes a great difference on long flights is the fact that even economy class offers this huge leg space so you can stretch with ease and that is also remarkable ๐ ๐๐ Although food was good and snacks too. And I've heard that people complain about it as well as for the in flight entertainment. I don't really care much about thar. I enjoyed my flight and would do that again. Thank you ANA ๐ฏ๐ต
