Alex and the team are fantastic, me and my friends have used them several times to travel to various places including Bournemouth and Bristol from Portsmouth. They are very accommodating, everything is always planned well and communicated perfectly with a high standard of professionalism! The drivers we’ve had are all very patient and understanding when our group have had any delays or misunderstandings. The cars are lovely, we’ve always found ourselves in a lovely and clean 7 or 8 seat Mercedes Vito, which is very comfortable even with every seat full. The one time we encountered a problem (a small error in amounts of seats needed) Alex was a superstar and sorted the issue out immediately while being very apologetic. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is very reassuring to see how much it means for Alex to get everything right and resolve issues quickly and calmly! I would recommend All Executive Travel to anyone and I’m sure I’ll be using Alex, Robert and the team many more times, as long as they’ll have us!
