This is the worst travel agency I ever used. If I can give no star, I will do so. We booked for Castner Ice Cave but they drove three hours got there then said it is not safe to go in. They knew the whether condition when we were going but still drove us there for the purpose of refusal refund. I asked for refund for the service they did not provide, they refused and offer $60 refund for $700 we paid! They just want to keep the money and don't care about their customers!

We visited the Fairbanks location. Our family had a wonderful experience. Both Bobby and Wyatt were extremely knowledgeable of the equipment along with the area and were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this location and tour.

Contacted Skykar and asked for a 4-5 week vacation that ended with an inland passage cruise to Vancouver. Jamie arranged an amazing trip and we couldn't be happier with the trip and her attention to detail! Thanks!

The overall service is just OK, which means not too bad but not good enough! When I requested for the contact information of the tour guides, the lady on the phone refused to provide it and showed her arrogance by repeating the same words 'There is no problem, the tour guide will definely find us!'

Alaska state law says you must pull over if you delay traffic on a single lane hwy by 5 cars. Doing 30 under the speed limit and not obeying this law is an unsafe practice and a blatant disregard for safety. I wouldn't trust a company that functions around transportation and can't follow a simple traffic law
