One stars ONLY because we made it to our destination safely. My major concern was how dirty our seating area was. Things did not did look clean or sanitized. We let down our trey and it just looked gross! (Hair, Food) 😷 not only did they have a cleaning issue, upon our arrival we had to wait awhile to receive our luggage.
