Alaska Airlines service is awesome! Great service for people that need wheelchair assistance. Thank you Jessica for your help through TSA and to my gate. This airport has very few restrooms that are far from the gates and the screens are always incorrect. I ended up waiting at the wrong gate for my flight to redmond. This is the screen for the redmond flight at the time of boarding. This airport is ok to fly into but stressful to fly out of.

When traveling for work or for pleasure, I always check to see if Alaska Airlines flies to my destination. Their website is easy to use and great deals on flights. When checking in it’s fast and friendly. The planes are always clean and the staff are pleasant. When flying Alaska Airlines it’s my first choice.

Tried to check in my bag (I was late) and I wasn’t able to have my bag come on a later flight. The front desk and reservations rebooked me to a later flight which was incredibly inconvenient since I need to land asap to get to my sick dog. They were the opposite of helpful tbh. I ended up rebooking w/ United myself. I could easily add a bag and pay with a cc added to my account. Alaska was not that easy - I didn’t have a physical card because I lost it. Anyway I expected way better service and support

Alaska Airlines let me down badly on my Seattle to San Diego flight (Nov 17). I was booked in the back (28E), between two passengers, where within 20 minutes I felt overheated. I was unable to feel air from the vents, even with all three fully open. The cabin was so warm that I couldn’t read or work. (I flew Spirit much of last year, and don't report a similar experience). The space was unbearably cramped. When I got out to use the bathroom, I found empty rows in the middle. Two passengers actually even slept on all three seats. It was less warm by virtue of being less crowded, but the AC was equally clogged. The flight attendant was not dismissive, but acted improperly by ignoring me when I asked about the hot conditions first. I found the whole experience sordid and extremely unpleasant.
