I had a memorable flight with the Alaska Airlines today. I didn’t pay for the seat so I was assigned near the last row next to the bathroom although I paid for a checked bag and later the inflight internet. When I was served with the complimentary beverage, I told a white female flight attendant sprite, and then she gave me ice water. There is no way that she heard sprite as ice water. Then I told her, after being ignored for several times, that I want sprite not ice water, and then she finally gave me sprite! The other flight attendant asked if I want ice, and that amazing flight attendant told the other flight attendant that I already have ice in my ice water (so no need to give me an extra cup of ice for my sprite)! I’m an Asian male. I feel like I’m treated well, at least to the very end I got THE sprite, so I should be very grateful. There was a delay for more than an hour after the plane landed since the gate was too busy. When everyone finally got to leave the plane, there was no single thank you from the staff to the last passengers. Thanks for the great show, Alaska Airlines. The two star was to the other flight attendant who asked if I needed ice for the sprite and gave me the extra cup of ice btw.

An absolutely wonderful flight experience, kind and caring flight crew, the checking was easy and they were a big help to me since it had been about 12 yrs since I flew anywhere, I paid a little extra for premium but it was well worth it. Their app is easy to use and prices were reasonable even for a last minute flight with a lot of changes on my return trip. Again excellent customer service and very nice staff, thank you for a great flight.

Decent airline. Not well staffed in Chicago. Both my departure and return were delayed because of ground crew issues. Return flight was early arrival but then the plane sat outside the gate.

Boarded Alaska today from terminal 2 at Chicago O’Hare airport. The crew was nice and friendly. Also the gate staff helped us with the seat allotment quickly. But departure was delayed by an hour with no prior notice. They kept announcing that the delay is due to the fuelling after we boarded the flight. They made us sit inside the flight for more than an hour!! It was an unpleasant experience.

We missed our flight. By 15 minutes(Chicago traffic, LEAVE EARLY). Came here just to say that the agent at the counter was the most amazing EVER. She might have saved our family vacation, within 5 minutes. Rebooked us. I wish I got her name. I'm sure the flight would have been fine!!!

My first time ever flying in my life. Went from to O'Hare to Portland. Was amazing

For AS 241 on 25 Nov 2025, flight attendants WERE ABSOLUTELY SO MEAN, RUDE to everyone. Just a shame Alaska airlines, massive shame!!!! Terrible flight, won’t be flying Alaska airlines ever again!

We stayed inside the plane for over an hour, worst boarding experience ever. The flight was supposed to be at 2:45, but we didn’t take off until 4:30.
