In the last year this airline has gone downhill fast. I've flown with them every 2 weeks for 8 years and been delayed maybe 3 or 4 times until this last year where I've now been delayed 5 times. I'll be switching to another airline, this one is not worth the hassle.

If you are looking for a reliable airline with great customer service- that will do the right thing when it is their issue at hand….DO NOT FLY ALASKA. Of all the flights I’ve flown with Alaska, that have a 0% record of being on time or having an issue with my reservation.

This is for the Alaska Airlines ticket counter at the Denver Airport. There is a sign up on the counter that says the ticket counter opens up at 8am. We waited until 8:30am to call and ask when they would get someone up there because no one was there yet. The lady who answered the phone at the 720# was very rude and said she'd already had someone else call. If someone else called, then why were we still waiting? Additionally, she told the first person that called, that they wouldn't have anyone there until 10am, which is why I called too. They should have someone there ready to take everyone's luggage at the time the airport opens or at least at the time mentioned on their sign.

Sierra, Rose Marie and Jennifer were super welcoming and helpful! I was nervous to fly with my dog, Roonie, and they made me feel comfortable and knew the process very well. I really appreciate you all, thank you so much!!!!

I wouldn’t expect much from a Seattle-based airline naming themselves after another entire state. They also have “Proudly All Boeing” painted on their planes despite flying Airbus and Embraer. They should really not fly out of this airport. Coloradans have many better or cheaper options, sometimes AND applies rather than or. Cutting the snark, they only fly DEN-SEA to be a thorn in the side of Delta, United, Frontier, and Southwest which all have more frequency, better cabins, and cheerier cabin crew. If you’re flying Alaska out of Denver, I can only assume you’re a weird loyalist who should consider flying a real airline.
