I love this airline. If I have to fly, I always hope that this airline flies to the area I'm going, also my flight attendant is freaking awesome!

They have been improving their safety record it's just a real wonder why people book a flight in winter expect the flight not to get cancelled due to weather literally the one airline that is headquarters is the coldest airports just think people. Dallas is one the windiest cities just think about hubs before you book.

I am extremely upset that Alaska Airlines is unable to have people work the counter as other airlines. I come early to the airport to be able to get my bags checked and make it through security and they can't show up? Completely unprofessional will not fly this airline ever again if I another airline is available.

Flight attendants are always so strict and crabby. They have a judge attitude and stressed out personalities. I also don't appreciate that you have to double up masks now 🙄

Came in for the first time through new wing for American Airlines in San Antonio. 7:55 pm flight, breeze getting to terminal. TSA did scan my drone twice to verify its contents. Drinking a beer at gate B7 and B8. Just finding out that the plane has no working AC and no bathroom. Let's see how it goes American!!!
