We would like to apologize to those customers that we were not able to assist. After Covid, our Vacation agents left the agency and moved from San Antonio or took other jobs Without them it was difficult to provide proper service to our customers, and as you can see in some of the comments in past months, we received some bad reviews. We tried to explain our situation but we can see now that we were not successful. Finally, some good news! We now have a fully staffed vacation department with experienced agents ready assist. We would be delighted if you would think of us again when planning your next vacation!

After conducting a thorough investigation we believe that one of our agents did not communicate adequately the fact that it was too late to make reservations for Spring Break because we had tried that week to book vacation packages for Spring Break for other customers. I have been using this travel agency for years and most recently I was super disappointed in the lack of customer service on their behalf. I booked a trip to the Bahamas and had a flight change with no notification at all...from anybody airline or travel agency. So I lost a day of my vacation in the Bahamas but to add the misery when I finally arrived to the hotel they did not have us scheduled for arrival until March 2019...wt... the hotel we were told was super nice by our travel agent (Nora). .not just super disappointed with the whole experience I would say shop around and do it on your own. I just booked a trip on my own thru Southweat vacations at an amazing hotel with great reviews and not have to be lied to by a travel agent who makes great commission without having to provide the great services. I was extremely disappointed in the fact that all of this could have been avoided by a simple phone call....I'm just a little voice but I assure you word of mouth is the best advertisement ever and Alamo Travel group will definitely not be recommended...
