They created a private Umrah group on WhatsApp, adding all family members and their team members, ensuring constant communication. The U.S. and Saudi teams worked together seamlessly to provide assistance whenever needed. Their on-ground support in Madinah and Makkah made the journey stress-free and spiritually fulfilling. Great experience. Uzair was with the group, everyday in Madinah and during Hajj and then after. He personally was involved in all events and solved all emerging issues in real-time along with his team, be it finding transport, or taking care of health or other individual needs of the people in group. Highly recommended. I am personally also very appreciative of the way Al Rayyan team got my tickets as I had a unique flying situation, but they were able to work through it and still gave me good ticket prices.
