They were about to send me info about a private taxi for a city tour in Abu Dhabi. However they never replied back! Also they were unsure about very basic questions regarding visa on arrival. They told only when they are about to book tickets they can see if visa on arrival is required or not. Not a good experience here, avoid if possible.

My Jaipur and Ranthambhore Trip was very well organised by Pravin from Akbar Ghatkoper Branch. The Hotels booked were nice and the driver who took us around was very good. Thank you so much for making my trip so seemless and hassel free.

Geeta thinks no end to her attitude and lacks patience and thinks she is a queen where people shud come and beg her for her services very very poorly handled and lacks so much basic discipline, and customer service is zero spoiling Akbar travel name. I strongly would like to raise a complaint to the management with such poor attitude and pride which has no end. She bangs the phone raises her voice and also feels people r at her mercy. Not at all apologetic. Even owners don't behave like this...... Note : management to look into if the call is recorded. So many times I asked her to explain be patient but she's too arrogant, rude and doesn't deserve to be in hospitality sector.

Was passing by when I saw their shop. Went inside to check if daughter’s visa could be processed quickly by them. To my surprise I was out in 5 mins after sharing all the required documents and photos. They said they’ll share the visa on the same WhatsApp in 2 working days. It was really quick and pleasant 😊

Worst experience. At the time of booking the they talk sweetly, after that they don't give answer. Bina is so rude, she doesn't know how to speak with customer. Don't recommend anyone
