They were a no-show for our booked and confirmed transfer service in Paris. I contacted Javed while we were looking for him in the airport and although I can see that the text was read and delivered, he never replied and we never found him. Thankfully we made our connection without their help, but this was added stress we did not appreciate!!! Leading up to the day of service I had a bad feeling - I was having to track them down for confirmation and contact information. They said info would be sent 24h in advance and was not sent until the evening before for an 8am transfer. They did not share what happened when he no-showed but they have confirmed I will be fully refunded, so at least there’s that positive. Will never use this company again. They cannot be trusted to follow through when needed.

Her attitude and engagement in helping us with a missed flight and rebooking to get back to the US and avoid the strike is Amsterdam was nothing short of SPECTACULAR!!!
