Mr.Davis the owner/CEO of airport travel agency in the San Francisco International Airport offers an amazing/needed service with “extraordinary” customer service. After a 10 hour flight then associated with a 12 hour layover, I was exhausted & could not handle my 5 luggage’s on my own until flight check in time. Mr. Davis recognized the exhaustion on my face & not only did he assist me with my luggage, he recommended the Nap & showers services next door at freshen up. He personally took the time to walk me next door to freshen up to meet the manager and ensure my services there would be amazing. I can’t thank you enough Mr. Davis & I recommend EVERYONE that has a long layover or even just a short one and would like a break from your luggage to go to Airport travel Agency in the San Francisco international Airport. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Although a bit expensive, we found this luggage storage service to be a very convenient option for anyone visiting San Francisco during a long layover who wants to explore the city without having to carry their bags around. We paid $25 for each carry-on suitcase and $20 for a backpack, for a total of $70. We received respectful, friendly, and highly professional service from Mr. Davies, who was working at the counter when we arrived at SFO. He calmly explained how the service works, the pricing, and even gave us additional information about ATMs in the airport and the best way to reach the BART train station. We were very satisfied with this service.

I did not want to check my suitcase, but had a large jar of seasonal jam, that would not make it through security. The airport information desk suggested that I use the postal services offered by the Airport Travel Agency in the International Terminal. Could not have been happier with the customer service; the box containing the jam arrived a few days later, with prompt delivery by the USPS, including tracking information right up to the point of delivery.

Nice and fast service. The Staff really welcoming and precise. Not expensive at all if you want to leave your bag to explore San Francisco.
