The driver didn't seem to prioritize passenger comfort or safety. I hope the company will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future passengers. My previous rides were great and we always tipped the driver. This ride we felt he should tip us for not calling him out.

AirPort Express was easy to schedule for a pickup at the airport. Just walked outside from baggage claim and over to the taxis and other ride pickup area, first van loaded our luggage, got us to our destination promptly and safely. Driver was very nice and helpful. Loaded our luggage into our vehicle that we were picking up. Would definitely use again in the future.
