DFW to Paris flight was decent. 2 of my friends told me that Air France would not accept any overweight bags and will force you to use an additional one. I called Air France customer service and they told me that they don't. If you have an OW bag you just have to pay for the extra. My 2nd bag was 73lb and I payed $150. Personally I was expecting more. The flight was ok. The food was acceptable for eco. The seat was a bit tight but ok and the entertainment system was also ok but needs some updating. My favorite TV show, for example, "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" only have 3 episodes downloaded for the last 3-4 years. I think Air France is one of the best European carriers but is still way far behind Emirates or Quatar airlines.

Connecting CDG to BLR flight got cancelled and since we were at the DFW terminal D when we got the notification, we were able to easily get it resolved, Issa, Mustapha and Ali were extra helpful in getting this resolved. Multiple passengers were impacted and I could see all of them being treated with the same courtesy and smiling face. Issa and Mustapha at the counter and were working with Ali (backend i guess) and gave us multiple options to choose from, we choose to fly the next day with the same schedule. I was really impressed with the courteous staff and how they constantly kept us updated to reduce our anxiety. Wish that every airline staff were so caring for the customers. To add we requested window seats and Mustapha preselected paid seats at no extra cost.

Among Delta, KLM, and Air France, I give airfrance the highest score for traveling from the USA to Europe! The food was decent, and so was the movie selection! Prices are reasonable, mileage goes far ...

DFW to Paris - planes are a bit outdated - onboard entertainment is minimal. On board Meals not the best - flight attendant not very attentive.

Airline is fine for the price. Definitely need to improve on the entertainment choices. Not sure what is going on but my father was given a vegan meal when he had ordered Asian Veg. Depending on when you travel Paris airport can be a nightmare as well.
