March 8, 2023, Egypt-Jordan-Israel trip organized by Air Tours Inc. was an amazing experience for my wife and me. Not only was everything perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our tour manager and guides truly cared about us and did their best to make this trip memorable. We were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of this trip. Visiting ancient temples, monuments, holy pilgrimage sites, and museums was an amazing experience. The Nile River cruise, Lake Tiberias, and floating in the Dead Sea were very enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the hotels were top-notch. The expert guides who accompanied us were outstanding, passionate, informative, engaging, and entertaining.

If you are looking for a low cost sub-standard experience then go with Air Tours. We booked Dubai hotel and sightseeing package and we were disappointed with quality of the hotel. They booked Royal Ascot hotel which is in old Dubai. The hotel is very old, bathrooms are not clean and rooms stink. Air tours agents do not provide complete information during booking and are always on rush. We booked Hilton close to Burj Khalifa in downtown Dubai at my own expense after we reached Dubai and it was amazing experience. I am still waiting for refund for hotel booking. Also the quality of tour was substandard including dinner cruise and desert Safari.

Their only policy is make money without providing service to customer. When purchased ticket they gave attachment saying no show penalty would be $500.00 but when actually cancelled the ticket they charged $650.00 what kind of business they are doing? Very greedy & once customer booked ticket he has to suffer. No good service at all.

Air Tours provide all inclusive, efficient, and cost effective tour packages for most of the World’s exotic places. Our Iceland, and Egypt/Jordan/ Israel tours through Air Tours were memorable. Professional Tour Manager, Local Guides, and good Hotels & Meals.

Just called Air Tour office and spoke with Ms.Pravina regard ticket booking service. I had such a unprofessional answer from her. Based upon professional ethics every employee while in office if someone call employee must answer gently. If office is closing, employee can say it’s our office closing time someone call employee can say please call tomorrow during business hours. But here Ms.Pravina said why you called this time? Don’t waste time during this office closing time? This is completely unacceptable. Completely rude, arrogance of power in office.
