Grossly understaffed. We counted over 500 people in front of us with only 4 desk agents to check us in. Your management should be laid off. Recommend coming 3-4 hours early to your flight.

Air india is the worst airline in the world with broken seats bad foods I traveled in first class and the ac was not working they didn't give me a tea I asked like 15 times and the crews were saying their tea maker is not working air india is a bad airline even when I was traveling in first class my tv was not working I paid 14,000 dollars to travel in first class and I get this poor stuff.
