Scheduled delivery 9am to 2pm Wednesday, it never came.. rescheduled it without my knowledge to Thursday 9am to 5pm even electronically signed so I didn't have to be present, never came. I had to call for the 4th time just to be told the driver was about 2 hours away.. end up getting it at 7pm I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone!

Had great communication with scheduling staff; had a missed initial delivery but when I needed to update in a pinch - they were very accommodating. Hope that more of my deliveries are with them! Thanks for all of your help!

Worst company! They don't deliver on time so I actually had to pick it up from them instead. When i did it was damaged and they basically wouldn't even talk about it. They just say you need to contact the sender. Manager wouldn't even take time to call me back.

Recently had a delivery from air ground express. They were communicative and called me to set up an appointment. They also called me when they were a half hour out so u could prepare for the delivery. The delivery guy was great. Safety was a priority. Our delivery contract said we were responsible to unload the truck, but the delivery guy used his hand truck and dolly along with us to get our boxes off his truck. He was even a little concerned when he accidentally dropped a box and we opened it together to see if it was damaged. Great experience this time. Would recommend!!
