Exceptional care and comfort for elderly passenger – 5 stars!” We recently traveled with Air France from Houston to Paris, and then from Paris to Bombay, accompanying an 85-year-old elderly family member who is unable to walk. I must say, we were truly impressed with the care and attention provided by the airline throughout the journey. From the moment we checked in, the ground staff and flight crew handled everything with patience and professionalism. Special assistance was seamless — wheelchairs were ready, and staff were attentive, gentle, and respectful. The in-flight service was excellent, with delicious food and friendly crew members who checked in frequently to ensure comfort. Air France truly went above and beyond to make the journey smooth and dignified. Highly recommended for families traveling with elderly passengers. We are very thankful for this wonderful experience — 5 stars without a doubt!

Our flight was delayed form luxembourg to Amsterdam we couldn't get our luggage, air line told us we'll delivered to your address. Received a very rude call From air france luggage Dept. tell me I need to collect the luggage, I informed the rude lady that we have a claim and luggage supposed to be deliverd to us , rudly reply if you don't come and claim your luggage I will " throw it to delta air , and you deal with them" So unprofessional Air france should rethink of thier hiring Policy.

Would not recommend. So many issues. Horrible communication. They did not communicate their bag allowance limit policy when I booked this flight and despite delays, they don’t accommodate their clients. So many cancellations too yet they expect you to just sit here and wait for your flight for hours like a pig going to the slaughterhouse. They are horrible with customer service over the phone and they would hang up on you if your concerns are too “demanding”. Also their app is trash and glitches a lot so it is hard to keep track of your flight. Will definitely not be flying again even though I signed up for Flying Blue. Take your money elsewhere, British Airways or even Brussels Airlines

The best airline that I have travelled. I was always of the opinion that the middle eastern airlines are the best and always used to travel by them but this was a pleasant surprise. From now on Air France would be my chosen airline.

35 minutes to reach customer service and they do not know the English or French, very funny.
