    We love flying Air France Business Class from San Francisco to Paris. Great lounge before the flight and amazing non stop pampering on the flight. The front cabin is limited to 24 passengers so it is quite intimate. Full reclining to flat bed seats and nice big screen info/intertainment system. The food and wine are restaurant quality with plenty of refills and mid meal snacks.

    Worst Airline Experience – Never Again with Air France This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Not only was I treated poorly by the staff, but I was also denied a refund for a flight I couldn’t even board. The person we spoke to was extremely unprofessional and dismissive — he simply said, “You can’t go, that’s it,” with no explanation or support. No help, no respect, and no accountability. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. I will never fly with Air France again and I strongly warn others to think twice before booking with them.

    11/27/24.. I was at KLM Desk today and the person that checked my dad in was “aggressively” rude. I had a 32.7 kg and immediately the bagged was dropped on the scale, he just went at me “that according to California law, it has to be 32kg” in the most aggressive tone ever. So I told him to calm down that I will take out one of my dad’s medication and he doesn’t have to be agitated about it. After the whole check in, I think he felt he went overboard with the way he spoke…he walked up to me that he was calm and wanted to explain the California law, I then asked him why he was aggressive at first and I don’t want to listen to him now. He threatened that he will take out my dad’s bag if I do not listen to him, how dare he? When I am not the one traveling. He wheeled out the bag and said that he will make sure he doesn’t get his luggage. My dad was calmly listening to him when he was being agitated and still had the guts to wheel out the bag which he shamefully wheeled back in. I was so mad and I called him names…told him he was stupid for wheeling out the bags. That guy has to go for training to be calm even if he is having a bad day. From the moment we got to check in , I lam a very friendly and polite person, I said hello, how are you. I didn’t even get a response so I thought he is having a bad day but for him to be passive aggressive, I wouldn’t take that…This is his picture below. That is my dad’s hand trying to talk to him .

    Amazing service all the way around. The lounges customer service are all handled very well considering it is still an airport we as customers have to keep in mind that safety is and should always be their number one concern. Excellent food and perks for members. I really can’t complain.

    This was the first time I brought my pet in cabin! It went very well, the front desk attendant weighted my dog but didn’t harass me about his size or weight, or comfort in the carrier. At the gate, the attendant accommodated us by changing our seat so we could have more space! I was nervous the entire time that my dog would be denied, perhaps my experience went well because I was the first customer to be helped.
