The travel agent Dana, took the time to put our itinerary together and stayed over her regular hours to help us figure out our apps and coordinate everything together because of different groups going together. This is a walk-in with no appointment necessary and usually have at least two or more agents available. Air Capital is busy but they take the time for each person. Short wait time. Easy access to parking lot and is wheelchair accessible. As we searched for a travel agent we found that many had knowledge of European destinations after Covid but not anyone had accessible knowledge of Disney World which I found strange. Air Capital had knowledge of it and the $$$, which has gone up at least three times more then say 10 years ago. I would recommend them. They also put together a wonderful vacation for several of us who took a beautiful elderly person in a wheelchair to Las Vegas after she had lost her husband and she had the best time. Also my daughter who is neurodivergent was able to sit through the Blue Man group which she had always wanted to see with the help of her neurologist Dr El Nabbout. Here's to Summer 🌞🏝️

Dana and everybody else who works there are totally awesome. I went in there to get an ETA to travel to Europe, and they took all their time to help me out. Even though I didn't use them as a travel agency, they still made me feel very comfortable and 100% impressed with the way that they handled my ETA to Europe. Thank you, ladies, from the bottom of my heart.

Super disappointed in this company. They came highly recommended. From the wrong email, to the run around, to not listening, then getting my email 5 minutes before they close, then trying to call and them not answering . Then having to wait to make changes that wasn’t going to work for someone in a wheelchair. $132 more on the same room that I could book directly, to the complete arrogance and rudeness. Pissed I used this company. Save yourself some grief and use someone else. Amendment; they are working on getting my refund. They said $269 fee to cancel, we will see when it’s all said and done.

- Recommendations on vacations were limited. - No additional assistance beyond booking resort and plane tickets (we could have done that ourselves). - No communication when our original agent left the company - it would have nice to have been informed who to address our questions to. - Called to make a payment, and the assistance was minimal - had to call back later to get a confirmation code because the person that worked the weekend didn't seem to know how to properly work the payment system or look up clients. - Given ZERO customer service once we had paid our vacation in full. Emails were ignored and phone calls were hung up on for no reason at all. Calls went unanswered when calling during posted (online) business hours. - Since our travel documents "didn't go through" in our email correspondence (yeah, right), we provided our home address so they could be mailed. Never received documents in the mail, so we physically had to go to the location to pick up our documents (which weren't even ready for us when we called beforehand to let them know we were coming). - Ended up costing us additional fees at the airport since they misspelled our name on the ticket reservation. They are (so-called) professionals, and would expect them to double check this kind of thing. - Overall, very disappointed, and will NOT use Air Capital Travel again. I will say that the lady that took our final payment was pleasant, so it's a shame that the others have to spoil it for the ones that care about the company image.

My friend referred me to come here. I called and Sara sent me everything I needed via email, then my girlfriend and I came in and booked a trip to Vegas 3 days before we were supposed to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a vacation package. You save money on hotel and airfare plus they work with you if you just tell them what you are wanting to spend. 10/10 experience, will use for all our future vacations.
