Had the worst experience with Air Canada. Checked my bag in July 28, 2023 for a flight and have yet to receive and update or information on the location of my luggage that is “Delayed or Lost.” I asked the personnel at the airport for assistance and was assured that my luggage would be on the same flight. I understand that things happen but this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would give no stars for this review but I cannot rate that low unfortunately.

Flew with Air Canada on my way to Toronto and they were absolutely amazing! I would argue that they are better than British Airways. I, myself, being scared of flying I think it is important to feel reassured and comfortable and they did just that. As soon as I landed I said to everyone I was meeting how amazing my flight had been! They air hostesses were so unbelievably friendly and kind! They also had little tv’s in the head rests which had great selection of everything as you can see from my photo attached they even had extremely niche things to listen to.

It's just horrible. I was flying back from Europe, and I had a connecting flight in Toronto back to Cleveland. It was canceled because of the weather. This is understandable. What isn't is how I was told it was canceled, and then I was told there wouldn't be a flight that night. Air Canada basically abandoned my wife and I. We didn't have a clue what to do, how we could get back to the Canadian side of the airport. How we could rent a car. Where we could stay, nothing, they offered nothing. No one from Air Canada helped us at all. I will never fly them again. I paid for a flight to Cleveland, and they refunded the seats I paid extra for, that's it. I had to rent a car to drive to Cleveland, $400 dollars and five hours of driving. If you have a choice, don't use them. Because they will abandon you if something goes wrong.

Air Canada is a joke.my family and I fly at least 6 times a year. Will never recommend air Canada to anyone .. my family and I have been in Florida for a week with no car seat for my 1 year old baby because they left it in Toronto ..now there saying it will be in Florida today. 45 minutes before we leave Florida. Good job #aircanada..no compromise No call backs. No emails. No help at all. Zero stars .👎👎

Worst airline in the history. Shame for Canadian. Thousand of cancellation because if plane maintenance and long long delays. Not recommended at all
