Worse maple leaf lounge I’ve visited. The lady at the front desk greeted us by wishing us good luck in finding a seat. She definitely doesn’t want to be there. She was preoccupied on her phone. Inside the space is tiny. Food is sub par but the ladies serving is very nice. Too bad it’s an overall disappoint.

The lounge is really small, not a lot snacks options. it was really hard to find the lounge, is hidden like they don’t want to you use it, but they want you know that they have it so you can pay for the service. The flights were expensive first class was decent the tv remote did not work so I had to watch whatever (the same movie twice). The food was ok, not bad the staff service was great and accommodating.

Flights consistently delayed with Air Canada. Today, our flight got delayed 3 times (so far). I just wished we had other options. It is simply impossible to "plan" a trip when an Airline cannot commit to a freak'n schedule...

I come to this lounge often. Front desk always very helpful with getting boarding passes sorted for upgrades or delays. Bar staff very kind and during slow times will generously greet you and ask if you need a new water or beverage - very much appreciated. This place is clean top to bottom, they do a great job keeping it tidy. Big TV normally has CNN on but they're happy to put the hockey or baseball game on upon request. Top quality all around. Nice job everyone!!

This lounge was relaxing and not noisy like the main airport spaces. The cleanliness wasn't the best, food choices were meh, and it had a decent beverage selection.
