    Although Air Canada itself royally negatively impacted my trip with their recent strike, and cost me thousands of extra dollars, the actual AC staff (at the front main desk, pre-security) were unbelievably good. I could not get through to Air Canada via phone to have my flight rebooked, but the desk agent spent over an hour working her contacts and was able to rebook me through United and Delta, home. If she hadn't of gone the extra effort, I would not have gotten home for at least 4-5 days later. Her extra effort saved me $ big time. Although I will still have to fight with Air Canada itself to reimburse me the thousands I lost by their strike, it could have been a lot worse. To whomever that lady was at the desk, thank you so much! I don't know if you work directly for Air Canada, or the San Diego airport and were just 'assigned' to the Air Canada desk, but you're a legend. I'll never forget your kindness!

    We flew from San Diego Airport towards Calgary nut had a layover in Vancouver...staff Carmen last May 16 went above and beyond in helping us especially my handicapped husband. Most staff are so helpful. Also going back, I can't walk and all staff in Calgary too were so helpful and kind. They made sure I was ok and provided wheelchair for me and took me safely to my chair then they helped my husband too. Truly appreciate your exemplary service. They really make sure we are given attention and need not wait so long. Thank you Air Canada staff and Kudos!

    Worst ground crew on any airlines both on the departure in montreal and on arrival in San Diego!!! Couldn’t get the passenger off the plane for 45 minutes in Montreal and the ground crew only cleaned half of the plane and had to be called back to clean the rest of the plane which delayed the flight by 1:45 minutes. On landing they couldn’t operate the gate, we all watched in disbelief for 10 minuets.

    Worst experience from an unqualified agent We had a flight to Toulouse France 3 days ago my wife,3 kids one of them disabled we were there the first in line to beat the crowd We were the last one to board the plane After scanning our US passports,the agent told us that we needed a Visa to travel to France! I told her l never heard that!!!!after making several phone calls,she left the station while an other agent took over with her the same issue!!!! It was ridiculous after an hour and half an other agent showed up and was showing them what to do!!!! The plane was delayed because of us,asked for a supervisor l was told there is no supervisor to talk to! In the end oh we apologize for the experience!!! Unqualified people representing an Airline like Air Canada,it’s a Joke.!

    Horrible airlines. Never fly with them. Refused to get me onboard the plane to Korea interpreting the vaccination requirements on their own. I later found out that the requirements were met! I complained, and they said they did the right thing and refused to compensate. Then for the flight back, delayed the flight schedule on the day of travel, which would have stranded us in Vancouver for 8 hours. Cancelled the flight and asked for refunds in April. Four months after, I'm still waiting. Just don't go near them. Don't even look at their signs as you enter the airport. You'll be cursed. I've warned you.
