If you had told me that I would have been on a flight heading out today - I would have said your a liar! I had to make an emergency flight home to Toronto AC1197 - the gate agent Karina noticed I was in a bit of distress and walked over to me - long story short she made sure I was seated in a comfortable area so I can grieve - Karina your act of kindness was very heart felt- thank you for making my incredibly hard journey a bit more easier - Air Canada please take care of her- she is a special person and we need more people like that in this world to recognize other in there time of need!

Significantly delayed flight out of Miami resulting in the inability to make a connection. Staff showed absolutely no interest in assisting to find a solution to get me home. As a business class passenger I expected perhaps a little more empathy. Sorry Air Canada - first and last time I will be travelling with you.

This is extremely poor customer service! We got off the cruise this morning and stopped by the check in desk to print luggage tags and to see when would be the earliest that we can check in our luggages for this evenings flight. The lady at the counter told us that we could come back at 1 o’clock. So instead of storing the luggages and head out to do something else in town, we decided to stay at the airport to wait for a few hours. We returned to the counter at 1:30 pm to find out that we were given the wrong information. We had to come back later at 2:30 pm, which was fine because we understand that there is a policy about checking in luggages at a certain time. BUT! Not apologizing and telling us to read the website and saying how we don’t read, is NOT OKAY! The attitude and the words being used was NOT OKAY! We were simply just following the instruction that was told at the counter earlier in the morning by an air Canada staff. So does it mean that your staff are not well trained enough to give out the correct information? You don’t talk to your customers like this in such a rude manner. The guy at the front (Joshua) could have just told us to come back later, apologize and leave it at that. And we will be fine with it. This is Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Alanna & Carlos at Air Canada – Miami I can't say enough good things about the outstanding service we received from Alanna and Carlos at the Air Canada check-in counter in Miami! We made a mistake on our reservation, which could have completely derailed our travel plans, but Alanna and Carlos went above and beyond to help us. From the moment we approached them, they were patient, professional, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. They worked quickly and efficiently, exploring every possible option to ensure we could still make it to our destination. Their kindness and dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and positive experience. Customer service like this is rare, and we are so grateful for their help. Thank you, Alanna and Carlos, for your exceptional support and for going the extra mile! Air Canada is lucky to have such fantastic team members representing them.

Service was horrible, both over the phone and at the counters. I purchased new carry on luggage due to the strict guidelines at Air Canada and they still made me gate check my baggage when it clearly would fit and there was plenty of space.
