They lost me and my daughter's bags. However, they were found and delivered to my home. My bag came a couple of days after my trip, and my daughter's came later. Her bag was left on my porch, and the wheel was broken on her suitcase .

Such a rude employee!! We had the worst experience ever traveling from Philadelphia international airport to Toronto. This employee has no customer service skills and was extremely rude from the very first moment we said hi how are you?!!! She would not answer any of our questions and I asked to talk to a manager she stated I don’t have to call anyone over. So I told her I’m gonna take a picture of her and report her.

Horrible experience with very rude employees. I do not recommend flying Air Canada into and out of Philadelphia.
