I was recommended by my friends to file my taxes there and I do highly recommend. He does explain to you the things that bring doubts he is very informative.

There is no customer service in this place, the owner thinks it is a favor he is doing to the person for whom one pays, he talks to you in a way like if you are an animal and you do not fill out the taxes correctly, he never explains clearly things and offend people.

Unless you want to get scammed don’t get your taxes done here! Staff is rude including the owner and there is no respect whatsoever. Messed up my taxes multiple times and won’t refund me! Just terrible in a plethora of ways.

Charged me twice to do my taxes also I need a copy via email and was denied and wanted to be charge to scan my paperwork. Don't recommend to anyone very unorganized and unprofessional staff.
