I am writing to express my disappointment in the lack of consideration to my wife's and my flight reservations. We booked a flight and due to unexpected delays with my passport, we had to request a change in flights. Despite reaching out to the customer service team and explaining the situation, we were unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. We understand there are polices in place for changes, but we were only requesting to modify our flight dates. We even offered to pay a penalty fee to help facilitate this change , hoping that our willingness to incur the extra cost would insight some consideration. To add to our frustration, the amount that we would lose if we were not able to change flights would be $1115.90, which is a significant financial burden, especially considering our tickets are economy, albeit for a flight on the same aircraft where modifications are permitted. It seems unreasonable that we cannot find a compromise given the circumstances. Aeromexico prides itself on providing exceptional customer service, and I hoped our situation would be approached with understanding and flexibility. Our case was unforeseen with the passport delay, and we were willing to pay extra not to lose our vacation. This lack of consideration and empathy will make me think twice about booking with this airline in the future.

Aeromexico at ORD and Wheel Chair Service dropped the ball on elderly parents. They left them in the lounge in the wheel chair and did not take them to their gate, they lost their flight...they also injured my mom when they tried placing her on the wheel chair.

Great price. Easy check-in. Helpful and accommodating staff. Liked the food. Appreciated the in-flight entertainment (movie, TV, and music options). Thankful they provide blankets, for those of us that get cold easily. This was my first time flying AeroMexico, and I will definitely be using them again. Enjoyable travel experience.

Delays, lack of communication, sloppy procedures, one leg of my round trip did not have AC for the whole flight(4 hours), 2nd leg boarded the first zone and then it was a free for all with a single file line for zone 2-5. Met a rude pilot in security and rude flight attendants on the flight. I normally wouldn’t write a review but I had my senior mother with me and I would never want this experience again. I would treat this like a budget airline and expect the worst so you can be prepared. Good luck to anyone flying AeroMexico

I can give it a negative star if I can. For my flight from San Francisco to Cozumel 12/21/2024 with layover in Mexico City, they refused to pay the DOT mandatory 400% compensation for denied boarding, and lied to me at check in counter to make me leave airport.
