They changed my flight many times in the weeks leading up to the flight. in the end i wasn't able to make the flight and i couldn't change it. very unpleasant experience

Worst experience in an airline. They don’t know the meaning of punctual nor efficient. Almost all of their flights are late. Specifically domestic flights. I missed my flight to Denver from Mexico City because of their flight from Cancun to Mexico City was delayed by hour and half. Then I had to stand in a line for 3 hours before someone checked for available flights. By that time there were no options and had to wait over night in Mexico City. Our work schedules were ruined. And the hotel they put us in is very basic and barely felt comfortable in it. While the delay was their fault, they never treated us with with respect. We felt that, they were not willing to do whatever is necessary to get us to our destination in a timely manner. Very disappointed in their service and will never fly with them again. I recommend trying to find other options as much as possible.

Excellent experience with Analia and the boarding team at the Denver airport! We had a mixup with our boarding passes and she quickly handled it, got us new passes, and on our way. Incredibly kind and courteous. She represents this airline really well!

Worst airline. They damaged our large suitcase to the point of the shell falling apart. We reported the case right away in the airport and made a case. They asked pictures and flight info, itinerary images in a separate text and made us come to the airport to pick up what they called a voucher to reimburse the cost of suitcase. The employee had no idea or training as to how to issue the voucher and took 1 hour on the phone to contact her supervisor for instructions. We finally got the voucher and then they told us we have to call customer service to ‘activate’ it. Upon calling they mentioned the voucher is for transportation through Aeromexico only l, despite the fact that they had given us this option before and we opted out due to not wanting to travel with them for the obvious reasons. This was in November and it is February now and we still haven’t heard back from the airline despite numerous calls, texts and follow up regarding our promised refund. This is neither ethical nor professional practice and running customers through the rabbit hole to avoid fixing the damage they caused. We are furious

They were rude and have a bad customer service, they don't provide anything that you ask them, always keep everything to the customer service online, if I want to chat with an online person I would've done that instead of talking to them in person. Also they dispatched my bag even though it fitted the size by regulation, and putted my sister in a non recliner seat with a flight that was empty. The worst company that I flight with and had any kind of experience, don't recommend neither for my worst enemy.
