Adventure Travel Services was responsible for the success of our La Jolla vacation. Kay Taylor provided solid assistance in putting together the backbone of the trip. She responded quickly and timely to my wife's concerns and made sure that she felt comfortable with our movements and stay. Kay gave us very supportive recommendations about our secondary trips to do various activities that we had wanted to do for several years. She was of terrific assistance in helping us plan our personal trip.

My husband and I went in to book our first trip to Cancun and Kay Taylor was the women who was suppose to help us and she was terrible. When we first walked in she didn’t greet us at all, we asked if we needed an appointment and she said “no just sit down”. Her attitude wasn’t very nice. She did not go over anything with us. Just handed us a few pieces of paper & pretty much told us to read over it. We asked about picking other dates to make it cheaper and it seemed like she just ignored that question so she didn’t help us on that. We wanted to stay somewhere that was kid friendly and we told her that and she didn’t do that for us as well. She just said “kids are allowed there”. We thought she was going to go over where we would be staying and who we were flying with, all the amenities at the hotel and she did none of that. We ended up just walking out. I do not recommend using her at all!

I was quite anxious about all that had to be done to attend my son's graduation from 1,700 miles away. Stacey Kidder and Adventure Travel made it easy and stress free from the time I contacted her to the end of our journey. Her service, knowledge and down to earth support could not have been better. It was a fantastic trip and I would recommend Stacy and this travel agency for both Ft. Sill Graduations and anything else. They are A+++

Booked through Kay Taylor, she was very accommodating to us being unsure of our own plan intentions on multiple visits before finally deciding what we were going to do and she booked it and everything went through without a hitch, significantly less expensive than it would have otherwise been.
