DO NOT USE Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest service. I booked travel with them last Sept. and received an unannounced $200 credit card charge in January for what they now say was a flight change charge. I showed them documentation from the original transaction, and they agreed to reverse the charges, but have still NOT done so. I spoke with the owner who was really rude and dismissive - telling me that "he would take care of it" but not saying when, and then saying that "I was wasting his time." I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company. Very unpleasant experience. Don't use these guys.
