Megan (Supervisor 11/14/25 closing) is dishonest, lacks integrity and gaslighted me when I inquired as to why the (mediocre) food was removed at 9:15 when the lounge was open till 10pm. 🛑👎🏻Megan LIED & said the food was “still available and out till 10pm”. If this was the case how could I have taken these photographs at 9:55pm which show the buffet completely cleaned and empty of all food?

Great lounge with cheerful staff and solid food even at the crack of dawn. The ambiance is spectacular, and if not for the ultra lux lounges like the Capital One lounge, this could easily be 5 stars. Stop on by before you hop on a ______ and fly, to another Arabian Nights! 😂😂😂 #priceless

Decent lounge against US standards. Having just come from Japan, the design, quality, and menu were not quite comparable. It was pretty crowded but we eventually found seats. Showers were nice and spacious, with Dyson hairdryers! Nice touch! Water pressure was just ok...again probably normal for US

The lounge is very beautiful and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, I found that the food options could be improved, as there is a lack of variety. It would be great to see more diverse options in the future.

Pretty nice lounge, has a good view of the runway and taxiways. Food options are limited but good. Nice bar with most drinks being free of charge. There are also showers & large bathrooms.
