We used ADDIS Travel Services few times before and staff were professional and we did return oftentimes.However, if you have any consultations and not yet buying tickets or they sense your not ready to buy a tickets, suddenly they are rude , dismissive , and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time calling or going in person for consultation or even potentially buying ticket from them. I am not recommending this agency. I am taking my business to other travel agencies where professionalism exists.

We always purchase all our flights from them, but this time we didn't purchase from them and we called them to ask a question about travel covid tests thinking that we could still rely on them to help us but they rudely hung up the phone on me saying they won't help since we didn't purchase from them. I don't mind that we didn't receive help, but the way the spoke to us was very rude and unprofessional.
