We took a Rocky Mountaineer train trip to Canada. It was planned and booked thru Becky at Accent Travel. She is the BEST. We got to see Vancouver, Whistler, Jasper, Lake Louise, and BANFF. No sleeping on the train . Every night was at a Luxurious Fairmont Hotel or equivalent. Rocky Mountaineer personnel were knowledgeable ( giving narration about sites and locations.) and courteous. They handled our luggage all trip without A problem. Perfect time to go is end of June.

We booked a family vacation through Accent Travel and went to Italy in May. Ron handled all our travel plans, including the guided tours. Having tour guides elevated each event as they were very knowledgeable, fun, and gave us context! Ron worked within our budget and made suggestions to book the best possible trip. He was also very organized and friendly. Accent Travel has great relationships with the companies they use to book travel, hotels and experiences. Becky Schulze at Accent Travel Agency is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very easy/nice to work with. She planned a trip to Europe for my Family which included multiple changes and challenges - she handled them effortlessly and without complaint. For a trip to Niagara Falls and a trip to Hawaii, Becky planed activities and tours for us. Ron at this agency was not very helpful. At first he may have been, got the ball rolling, but afterward, I always had to call him to get things scheduled. I always had to get things going. He was vague in explaining things at times, and I had to schedule things like train tickets on my own, which is something that travel agents are supposed to do. Ron didn't seem to care very much about my trip and seemed agitated whenever I brought particular things up. I sure wish Becky was still here to help plan vacations.
