I recently went to this AAA to upgrade my drivers license. It was the best experience. Everyone there was super friendly and super efficient. I was in and out in no time. I HIGHLY recommend coming here as opposed to the DMV if you can. Absolutely worth it.

This is the second time that i have came to this location and the customer service is horrible. I needed to print something in regards to a form that they needed and they couldn’t even extend the courtesy and print it out. The first time i want to register 2 cars so they said i need 2 appointments, when literally it would take 10 mins to do both. The managers are horrible and I will also complain to AAA as well because they have to do better. Also you can check my history, I’m a very positive person and never complain, but the service here sucks and they are very passive aggressive with trying to act like they are going to help you and they are not. BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION IN YONKERS.
