I went to AAA on Columbus Blvd to do a Diagnose test and STEVEN was the mechanic very knowledgeable, Brandon was at the front desk both men were very pleasant. The service manager Freddy Velez Pagan who took care of me keep me up to date of what the Diagnose test was showing ,he answered all my questions and concerns. I wish more businesses would have a manager like Freddy AAA is lucky to have him as a employer, I will be coming to this location in the future and I highly recommend this AAA

Been taking my car here for quite a few years to get serviced. Sometimes you get nice associates - other times, you get rude associates. The last time we brought our car in, it was because the AC was blowing hot air. The associate worked with us, giving us updates on the part. AC is fixed and working.

Nice enough client service, inspection got done eventually but communication was a disaster. Finally called us to pick up car at 1130, still not done 2 hours later. .

Went to get an international drivers license. As I was walking up I had my application in my hand. The guy working the front desk (Alfred?) saw my application through the exterior window and got started on the paperwork before I even walked in. He handled everything, and even guided other customers while the printer was doing its thing. I'd give six stars for customer service if I could. The building was clean, spacious, and inviting as well, though I didn't make it much past the front desk (didn't need to).

I took my car there for a state inspection. My car passed the inspection and when they went to do routine maintenance such as changing the air filter, the car would stall out. I had no issues with the car prior to taking it in. They thought the issue was the hybrid battery and they don’t do work on hybrid systems. I had the car towed to the dealership. Over $500 later, it turns out whoever worked on my car got debris in the throttle body and I had to have it cleaned. I’m very disappointed. The counter person I dealt with was very nice, but it’s absurd that I’m paying for a mistake of the technician
