When it comes to signing up for auto insurance, the process is quick and the agents are very eager, sometimes even pushy about getting you enrolled. However, my experience once I became a customer was very different. When I needed assistance with my policy, my agent did not answer my calls or emails despite multiple attempts to reach him. The insurance coverage itself has been solid, but the quality of agent support has been disappointing. I only wish there were a way to review the agents individually, as the level of service varies greatly and does not always reflect the quality of the insurance company as a whole

Hardly wait over 30 minutes to make payments or handle DMV fees and registration. I'm glad we don't have to go to DMV. High price for insurance but they have great service and benefits to consider.

Isabella is real short and they’re not too helpful at Aaa as far as knowing anything other than their own department or trying to make it up one stop shop for insurance and title transfer. I’m being nice so I won’t leave the full experience but much rather go to the DMV friendlier and there’s no lines if you know the right ones to go to just not Modesto lol lol gotta go out of town

I visited this local branch to register a car from out of state and was turned away in a snide manner at 5PM. The following day I had to take time off work, return, and try again. When I got to work with an agent, she explained she was new and could not complete that process without another associate who walked her through and explained the steps as a teaching exercise at my expense. After providing the requisite forms, I was asked to refill out the same informative in front of them and was not allowed to register my car if I refused. After doing so I was handed the forms back repeatedly as I was asked to fill out new entries. Finally the paperwork was finished and I had to catch multiple errors entered in my information. After she had fixed her mistakes and I finished paying, I received the final rework of my papers I was finally able to leave. Overall the service seems focused on having an easy job rather than getting customers needs met quickly or effectively. I was very frustrated by my interactions with everyone who was supposed to help me and my esteem for AAA had just been dropped by this intensely negative set of experiences. Only the secretary was directly impolite, but no one I dealt with seemed to want to help me get through this or get it over with and send me out the door as a happy customer.
