Twice I've had AAA roadside premium. Fisrt time was 14 years ago. The second was 2023. Both times, it wound up costing me. First time I was off a paved road by about a quarter mile. $350 tow. The last time I got a flat and needed help getting my spare on. The redneck tow company AAA sent me was a joke. I took the lugs off without any problems. The driver put back on. I immediately went to les schwab and was informed that they could not get a lug nut off because it was crossthreaded. So they had to break off the stud to get off. And to fix it, the axel would have to come out. A $400 repair. I didn't get it done at the time, figuring I would first contact AAA. I had les schwab document it. I did try calling the tow company several times. Had to leave voicemails. No one from them returned any of my calls. I tried numerous times to contact someone at AAA to help. The people who answered told me why nobody from AAA at that time, could help me resolve the matter. Apparently, there was some convention going on in Las Vegas that seemed to be more important than leaving anyone available for customers. I missed one phone call back. And my mother passed. When I called back a short time later , I left a message. Nothing. I continue to be solicited by AAA via email. I've sent countless emails to, who knows. But all were at an AAA address. Twice, someone told me I have the wrong department and passed it on. Everything is great for them to get ur money. But if it comes to their being liable or costing them because of their negligence. Forget it. They will ghost you, the valued customer. Like you don't exist. I'm still driving with 4 instead of 5 lugs. So, whomever from AAA responded to my horrible experiences involving AAA. I did exactly as u told me to do in that response. Click the link. Left my name and member ID #. They replied, asking, and i quote, "If I needed my contact info." I can't make this stuff up. MY GAWD! Something is seriously wrong at AAA. In the meantime, victim-customers like myself get screwed out of several hundreds of dollars. Simply for wanting to feel safer, more secure, confident, and trusting in an old school institution like AAA. This world is going to shit! Corporate greed.

My wife waited 3 hours for a flat tire dispatch that never came and Tonight I needed a tow. The app said they would be there in 8 min. After 8 minutes it said 0 minutes. When no one showed I called and the lady said rudely she didn’t know when someone would be there but would text me when someone would be there. Fortunately someone helped me get my truck started. I got a call an hour later from the tow company asking where I was. Aaa never contacted me prior to this. This is not the old AAA you could count on. Do not buy this service. It is not a company to be counted on any longer

Went here to get my international driver's license. The process was super easy and the staff was really friendly. I was in and out in under 15 mins even with not having filled out the forms ahead of time. Will definitely go back when I need an international driver's license again!

This Company is awesome. They treat customers well and are provide old fashioned customer service with a smile. We have used them twice each time with a different driver and both times the guys who came to our rescue went above and beyond to help. We will ALWAYS call them when needed.
