I do not understand the reviews of others, but I have to say the general manager Mike was incredible, I had a check engine light. He attended me fast and efficiently. The price was reasonable great service. I will definitely be coming back. They fix my check engine light plus it did a fuel system cleanup, fast and they even offer me a ride back home and a pick up I complain. AAA is the best.

I had an excellent experience at this AAA location for my oil change. The service was quick, professional, and done right the first time. A big thank you to Antonios, the service advisor, who gave me great advice about maintaining my car and explained everything clearly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

This place started the debacle. I took my car here for brakes and tires on Saturday 6/21. Eight hours and $2400 later. I was told all was well and I could leave and that the brake light would go off and if it did not go off by Monday to take it to my local AAA and they would assist. The following Monday 6/23, I recieved a call from them telling me to bring my car back because they had put the wrong tires on and they had to be exchanged meanwhile the brake light was still on and they said they would clear it. The following Saturday I drove there , when I arrived the service manager told me I did not have to come back but he would get the light off and at this time the brakes were sqealing. I waited about an hour and I was told all was fine. The light was off and the brakes were not sqealing. Drove home, went to work Sunday. On Monday when I went to start my car, all it did was click and another light came on that read "Gear box error" So I called AAA Manassas for a battery service but when the tech finally got to me (4 hours later) he could not open the hood, so we called for a tow. The tow driver some how was able to get the car on the flatbed and take it to AAA Car Care Manassas in which my car sat for a week waiting for a battery and hood cable. It would have sat for another week for a hood cable if I did not have the Land Rover dealer call them and tell them they AAA never ordered the hood cable. What happen to you guys AAA. YOU USED TO BE A VERY REPUTABLE AND COMPETENT PLACE.

I got my international driving permit here, and the process was amazingly quick and easy. All I needed were two passport photos and my current driver’s license. Within 5 minutes, I walked out with my permit in hand! The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient, which made the experience stress-free. AAA Edison also offers many other helpful services—travel assistance, insurance, DMV services, and roadside help—making it a one-stop shop for drivers and travelers. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast service and reliable support.

This place has gone downhill. I recently brought in my 2022 GTI for an oil change. Upon inspection, I was informed that NINE THINGS needed to be serviced. Over $2,000 worth of work. I noticed two of the mechanics looking under my car with flashlights while they were doing my inspection, and was nervous they lost something of mine. I had trusted this place in the past, so foolishly I wrote it off as them looking for a tool or something. A few days later when I went to check the tire pressure, I noticed one of the caps to my wheel lug nuts was missing. I called and spoke to the manager who spewed some nonsense about them “looking for another woman’s key”, and “it was already missing when I dropped my car off” but said he would reimburse me for a new cap anyway. This man thought that losing another person’s CAR KEY would make them look better than losing a piece of my property?? I care about my car very much and check the tire pressure regularly, and I knew the cap was not missing before I brought it in. When they called to tell me they ordered the cap for me, it was the mechanic who had the decency to confirm that I did have all the caps when I brought the car in and one had gotten lost. He told his managers who were supposed to tell me, but they failed to do so. My report stated 8 service recommendations: Throttle body carbon buildup cleaning, coolant fluid flush & replacement, brake fluid flush & replacement, rear tires replacement, air filter replacement, cabin air filter replacement, tie rod ends leaking, rear brake pads replacement, and rear brake rotors replacement. My main concern at this point was getting the tie rod ends looked at by the manufacturer while it is still under warranty, considering my car has under 40,000 miles and that is an unusual issue with a car this young. The Volkswagen mechanic inspected everything that AAA did, and informed me that everything was mechanically in good condition. They sent a video walkthrough visibly showing me there was no damage. The tie rod ends were not leaking, the dust boot was not torn. They told me the only thing that needed to be serviced to fix my issue is replacing the 2 tires, which makes sense considering those (high performance low profile tires) have been on the car for 38,000 miles. Overall this experience has ruined my faith and trust in this AAA location. It is so sad that some establishments like this still try and take advantage of young women like myself, assuming that we don’t know better and will just gladly throw thousands of dollars at them. I would strongly advise against getting any service done at this location, they are dishonest money hungry mosquitoes. Volkswagen will be receiving my money for the new tires instead, because they are honest and not trying to bleed my wallet dry especially in this very unfavorable economy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
