    Rosa Fernandez was my agent for years. She left the company about 5-6 years ago. I have been begging for an agent ever since. The local manager completely refuses to assign me another. In calling the 800 number, as I was advised to do, they messed up and made my insurance lapse! Why would I want to continue calling them? June 2024 I was told this would be escalated by Herbert Sowell, as he was the one who contacted me about my lapsed policy, but nothing ever came of it. The local agent, Nadia, has even tried to get the manager to assign me an agent due to the issues I've had. My insurance increases more than the average amount and I have to inquire about it EVERYTIME it is time to renew. I'm about to shop around to find new coverage for my car and home. AAA is not the company it once was. I would not recommend.

    Came into the this office to drop off a reimbursement form after reading on the website saying I could drop it off at any AAA office… the lady said they couldn’t take from me…. Since we have our policy in Alabama… called the Alabama office and they said I was correct and they could have done it for me… very poor customer service… my wife and I have been members since 1982 and we have never ever been treated like this at any AAA office we have been to..

    I called for roadside service today, it took about one hours for a tow truck to show up. The tow truck did not tow my car, could not fit in the parking garage, as I noticed this in the request I was park in a parking garage. The driver cancel my request and no one called to help with the tow. I am so happy that I also have USAA for roadside service, I did have to wait an hours but I was able to get my car tow with no problem..Triple A will not get my money for next year..Triple A is only good for big cities!!!

    I called AAA to get a jump at 2:30. My car would not start at my grandbabys school. First message looking for a technician to dispatch. I called my son, who works on other side of town, to come get his daughter. He said he would and try to jump me. My son got there around 3, jumped me. I then tried to cancel request, got another link, clicked on it and got that there was already a order. There was no way to cancel it. I tried 2x. I went to walmart bought a new battery and took my grandbaby home, visited and was home by 4:45pm. I heard last time from AAA at 845 pm that there was a dispatch. Nothing until 9:50 when guy called, almost 10 pm,. Told him I've been home no need for a jump. He apologized and I said it wasn't his fault AAA has an awful system. I'm glad I was in tow where I had someone to call and not out of town where I would not know anyone to call. Think hard before buying this service.
