For the first time in almost 5 years since being crushed by a Drunk Driver Walking to my explorer was I able to purchase a 2015 Jeep Compass Latitude, I was so worried. I was thinking I had to get risk insurance even though I've heard the laws had changed and I didn't drive for almost 5 years. I called this gentleman named Roderick and he was a true gentleman and a true trooper to listen to my story be my father just passed away. He had to switch all my mom's insurance over anyway. He said well you're better off to have your own policy and my membership was 100 hours a year and I get full coverage on my Jeep of $243 a month and that is incredible and I am so grateful. I went in today to sign the paperwork and pick up my stuff cuz I forgot to do it Tuesday and this place was immaculate. The staff was incredible and I was proud to say that AAA was in Michigan and I'm proud to be back with AAA. God bless us all A+A+A+

Always fast friendly service. So glad they're still around as locating full service branches is very difficult. Even the hours aren't helpful for those with 9-5. Be sure whatever service you want to conduct, you advise when you sign in. Otherwise, you have to get back in line.

If I could give this location a lower star I would 😡...DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION just a bunch of people THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...I received a email letting me know that my insurance was in cancellation.. I called there customer service number and the lady on the phone inform me that my insurance went up I ask her why..she said the "AGENT" did not check off a box once I brought in my proof of my insurance. She said to me Ms. Bennet I do see that you brought in proof go to the office and see if they can help you. I still had time to make everything right before it was completely cancelled. long story short I sat in front of this lady Belicia Zachary..and this lady just LIED LIED LIED. Kept getting up walking away trying her best to come up with that I did not bring it in they only had my hunny information not mines. Just lying I spoke with a Robert Williams and he immediately was NO HELP at all..he even was trying to put blame on me for me not paying my bill..he then told me he would call me back stating that where ever he was at a customer had fainted. Later in that day he pass my complaint to another person working out of another office whose name was "Ryan at Grosse Pointe office" NO HELP .. I was definitely getting the run around I was definitely getting the business spoke with several AGENTS .. everone listen BUT NO HELP. IM HEADING TO CORPORATE NOW😡 THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

The gentleman that greeted us and put us on the waiting list is very nice. Also Afrikah is amazing and very kind, she helped me and my mom fix our insurance plan!

Omg this experience was amazing. My uncle needed visa pictures and Alida was such a blessing. 7 mins and done. Her smile and personality was out of this world. Thank you for the great experience.
