Rena is the best travel agent ..I had family members that missed a connecting flight ( not their fault ) and she worked for 3 days to find them a flight and get rid of the penalty fees . She kept in contact with me and gave me updates as she continued to work on solving the problem .. she solved all the problems and my family Members made it to their destination the next day !!!
