BIG SCAM BIG SCAM BIG CROOK 0 STAR .. but i have to put at least 1 in order to post! BE AWARE !!!!! I had a dissatisfying experience with 11.11 Travel. Yashira Marie Alvarez Reyes that I feel compelled to share as a warning for others considering her services. After making our initial deposit, I received an invoice filled with typos and inaccuracies. Communication was a major issue; she failed to respond to any of my questions, leaving us in the dark about our plans. The situation escalated when she canceled a reservation for a group of 16 people based on the absence of just a few members, which seemed unreasonable and unprofessional.Additionally, it’s crucial to note that she does not offer travel insurance, which left us vulnerable to losing our money. Despite multiple promises and deadlines that she did not meet, she has yet to provide any refund, even after sending a “contract” indicating that refunds would be processed. It’s been over 30 days, and she still owes our group a total of $4,400. Based on her lack of professionalism and inability to fulfill basic responsibilities, I cannot recommend booking with Yashira Marie Alvarez Reyes. You are better off booking the trip yourself and keeping your money.

She turned a trip that was meant to be a birthday celebration of a cancer survivor into a terrible situation filled with confusion and stress. Communication was extremely poor—she ignored questions, leaving us completely uninformed about our trip details. The situation worsened when she canceled our flight reservation for our group of 15 people simply because a couple of members couldn’t attend any longer, instead of adjusting the reservation as professional travel agents typically do with no risk of impacting the trip. Even more concerning, she does not seem to have travel insurance, leaving us financially exposed and dependent on her word of refunding our money. Despite few assurances and missed deadlines, several of our group have yet to receive a refund. Over 30 days have passed, and she still owes a total of $4,400, despite sending a "contract" indicating that refunds would be processed. Given her lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on her promises, I cannot recommend booking with Yashira Marie Alvarez Reyes.

Go elsewhere and save yourself time, money, and frustration. Our trip fell apart a few weeks before we were supposed to travel. I got my money back, thankfully, but others from my party haven't been as lucky. Our group has since been ghosted by Yashira - and refunds to some participants remain outstanding.

Yashira is refusing to pay the refund she agreed to pay after making us sign an agreement with the total refund. It's been 30 days since the document was sign. She practically send me to ask PayPal for the refund because she was going to send the check whenever she feel like it. She booked our rooms and charged each person the full amount of the room instead of splitting it between the four people meaning she pocketed 3 people's money. She cancelled all excursions on the trip. We paid for driving service and she did not pay the company so they stopped picking us up after the second day which made us have to pay ubers everywhere. When the trip was over we requested a refund. She drew up a document that we signed accepting the refund. In the document she created she stated that she has until 9/19/2023 to issue our refund or we have the right to take legal action and take a wild guess.... she still has yet to issue a refund. In a conversation with one o the girls she said "if you want your money you have to wait". Its been 2 months since we been back home from our vacation and she still doesn't have the money to refund us. She did go to DR and got all her surgeries though. She had the nerve to charge us a "professional fee" when all she did was book the hotel and she even did that wrong as two girls were stuck with out a room and had to crash in someone else's room bc the hotel had no more rooms available. She will ignore your emails and leave your text on read. If you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money then go ahead and hire her but if you want to expect to receive services that you pay for then absolutely do not, by any means, do any business with this scam artist.
